All paid plans include Game Dev Agent access, a single monthly usage allowance, and optional pay-as-you-go extended usage from your balance. Generation features use the same allowance and depend on service availability.
Eligibility & taxes
Paid plans require a subscribing account holder aged 18 or older, or a parent or legal guardian subscribing on behalf of a user aged 13 or older. By subscribing, you confirm you meet one of these requirements.
Paid-plan prices are shown before tax. Any applicable sales tax is added at checkout based on your billing address.
Billing & cancellation
The price shown for a paid plan is the total for one billing period including tax, and it is charged again at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and there is no cancellation fee.
A small fixed minimum charge applies to each request.
If you ask us to start the service immediately, then if you withdraw within the 14 days you must pay for what has already been supplied, up to the moment you tell us you are cancelling. We work that out in two ways and charge you whichever is lower: the value of the AI usage you actually consumed, priced at the same rate at which usage is counted against your plan allowance and never at the higher extended-usage rate; or an amount in proportion to the part of the subscription period already supplied, calculated on the total price in this contract. You are never charged more than that proportion of the total price. The remainder is refunded. A prepaid balance top-up is not calculated this way at all: the paid balance from that top-up that you have not spent is refunded in full. Promotional bonus credit is spent first, has no cash value and is not refunded.

How processing tiers affect your allowance or prepaid balance
Some AI providers offer the same model at more than one processing tier, at different prices. We request the lower-priced tier unless you choose the higher-priced tier yourself. If you choose the higher-priced tier, or the provider serves your request at the higher-priced tier instead of the one we requested, that request is metered at the higher-priced tier's rate — so it draws more from your usage allowance or prepaid balance than it would at the lower-priced tier. At current provider pricing, this is up to twice as much. It does not change the price of your plan or of a top-up. Your usage history shows the tier that served each request.
